Home Learning Resources

Welcome to our school closure home learning page

Teachers are doing the very best they can to provide opportunities for you to do some school activities with your child each day because they feel in doing so it will provide some balance and structure to the ‘school days’ at home. However, there is NO compulsion for you to ensure your child undertakes the home learning that is provided for you here. We hope some of what is provided is incredibly useful and great fun, but if it is not a positive provision and is causing difficulties for you or your child at home then please stop. I urge all parents finding working with their child a challenge to use the support@springmeadow.cambs.sch.uk mail address and speak to your child’s class teacher (or me) – we can and will help. Teachers can and will contact you by telephone and speak with you and your child to provide any help needed where necessary.

On a positive note it has been overwhelming to see the wonderful outcomes many children are achieving away from school. Thank you so much to all the parents who are able to send us the photographs of happy smiling children showing us wonderful writing, art work and a lot of burnt bread.

Very best wishes for the weeks ahead.
